Peristaltic filling has become, in a short time, the favourite filling system by pharmaceutical industries. It offers sterility, flexibility and it’s easy to clean, as the fluid is in contact with the peristaltic tube and the dosing needle only.  

This tabletop peristaltic filling machine provides an accurate and high quality dosing of bottles, tubes, and vials. 

The design has been made for use in sterile areas, in compliance with cGMP and US-FDA regulations, and in special accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. 

SX-50 is propelled through a powerful servomotor, capable to connect up to 3 heads in series. The body of the head is built in one piece for better asepsis.

The peristaltic head pumps the product in a smooth and progressive way. It is excellent for dosing of suspensions, vaccines, cellular tissue, and other type of liquids (not viscous).

This equipment is built with the best standard components in the market. Elements such as servomotor, gear, touch screen, or control PLC are easy to find and replace within any geographic area, which makes it easy to maintain.

Disposable “Platinium Cured Silicone” tubes are manufactured in an aseptic area, and they can be easily exchanged or even sterilized through autoclave or through Gamma rays radiation. 

It is designed to work independently or integrated in an industrial filling machine.

All production parameters can be saved in the PLC. The parameters are: 

• Dosing volume.
• Kinematics of the filling process, individual control of acceleration and deceleration of the servomotor.
• Interval time between dosing.
• Calibration parameters.
• Dropless function.
• Output.

Production parameters are automatically adjusted and associated to each recipe. The machine can store up to 200 different recipes.
