We are looking for Purchasing Technician based in China to carry out the following tasks:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Track data, identify improvement projects, and manage cross-functional implementation to improve performance of suppliers and key components by implementing process controls and qulity assurance plans.
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
• Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
• Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
• Updating all records of purchased products.
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
• Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
• Supplier's track record for business-performance improvement.
• Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Previous experience and past performance with the product/service to be purchased.
• Sound research and networking skills
• Customer orientation and continuous improvement
• Good level in English and Chinese, valuable good level in Spanish
• Experience on tooling and industrial sector
